All you need is a laptop/smartphone with access to the Internet and space. You will need to stay about 7-10 feet (2-3 meters) away from your device and should have enough space to do regular fitness exercises. If you exercise from home, it would be nice to have a mat and a bottle of water. Our sessions do not require any additional equipment. In special cases, your trainer will instruct you about all the equipment your need for your personal fitness goals.
Yes, your trainer will see all your movements and provide the necessary guidance. Hundreds of people have tested this approach already and found that it works well. Our trainers use video guidance, show you what to do, and ask you to do your exercises from different angles to make sure everything is correct.
